you can patent it so only the owner of the rights can use it in businesses...its the name not the relevance.

I believe your right.
In the U.S. they're issuing trademarks at such an alarming rate, it seems like soon you wouldn't be able to speak english since every popular phrase seems to have been trademarked. I heard this on some show like 20/20... or something like that a while back. |
