That said, IP can step in after the fact but it's still a 50/50 for successful litigation.

Lisa, it's great that you are pursuing a legal career. For some reason I thought you had more years under you. Hopefully professors have changed all that much...and you'll be able to take on the one scenerio challenge and run with it. As I've already stated, there was more to the thought process than what I had time to post. I think over time you may discover that fixating on one point or example can lead you to misunderstandings. Enjoy as much time off as you can...cuz you just picked one of the most challenging careers. |

lol I don't take time off. I haven't had a break, unlike most students, since Summer of 2007. This summer and last, I both work full time and go to school. 100% work-a-holic. |
