I will be wearing a regular tshirt, beat-up hat, jeans, and running shoes (for the running man of course). |

Tonight was freaking INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! Thank you to everyone who came out! I'm surprised Trinity and I are the only ones who have posted so far! I can't wait to hear how everyone's experience was, mine was off the charts! It reminds me of a something I used to always say...
This is THE BEST WEEKEND EVER!!! (Until next weekend!) :D
I fell even more in love with CIRCUS (if that's even possible, lol) :tongue2 I don't even know where to start describing how amazing everything was!
Ok, I'm off to work on the photos, they say a lot more about the night than I can. :) SO hyper I won't be able to sleep for a while! Wheeeeeeeeeeeee! :crazy: |

Since I started going to Circus last November, yesterday night was one of the best nights I've ever had there. The setup, lights, and crowd were insane.
Last night was the third time I've seen Norin & Rad. All three times I was blown away by the non-stop energy of their sets. They started with "LED There be Light" and had a remix of MGMT's "Kids." If you haven't seen Norin & Rad yet, you are really missing out.
Andy Moor continued the high energy but also worked in a lot of melodic trance ("Fake Awake," "Faces," and "Man on the Run").
The final DJ (Groovy Luv?) played a great mix of old and new trance ("Children" remix, "Zocalo," "Amsterdam," and "Bliksem")
Normally I would check out the side room multiple times during the course of the night. Last night I didn't dare leave the main room lest I miss out on more awesomeness.
I danced in the main room from 10:30pm until the house lights were turned on at 4am... thoroughly exhausted. I left everything on the dance floor, including my dignity :P
I really hope the setup and crowd will be the same for The Thrillseekers on the 22nd.
And yet, even on a night as magical as last night, I have a couple constructive criticisms. (booooooo)
(1) The sound was way too loud near the stage. Many of my friends who have spent years in clubs (and likely suffered a good amount of hearing damage) were complaining. I used ER20 earplugs and my ears are ringing the next morning.
(2) Why is the ventilation so strong in many parts of the club? You could see people's hair being blown around at the left side of the stage. I will have to bring a light jacket next time. |

| best time ever at circus! I especially liked how they opened up the dance floor and the setup, hot gogo dancers, crowd was excellent, staff great a always. This is the circus I have not seen in a very long time. |

| Circus was awesome last night. All Djs were amazing. I like that the club is open and you can dance. The lighting was great, espically directly over the Main DJ. I enjoyed Andy Moor a lot. Norin and Rad are cool guys and you can tell how much they enjoy djing. I probably had the most fun during their set, they had great energy. The closing Dj brought it too. The bartenders seemed to be cool too. This club had a more relaxed, open feel than the clubs Im used to (Vanguard). We will defintly be back. |
