Word! Great post dude.
(Everytime I see a ticket dude about to write a ticket ... i scream out to them "That's right, get the motherf*ckers!)
If I was a peace officer, I would be so mean ... even if your 0.5" above the parking legal area, I would write the ticket. |

And youd be the first to scream at the same guy when he gives you a ticket for improper bike reflectors or public drinking im sure :) |

if the owner of the trailer knows anything, that ticket will be thrown out.
the reason is that the ticket must be administered in one of the two following ways:
1. directly handed to the vehicle driver(so for example, handing it to the passenger would make it void).
2. affixed to the windshield of the vehicle.
presto. |

i haven't paid for a single parking ticket in about 7 years of living in toronto. its really quite simple to challenge them, and you get to park pretty much everywhere you want. can't beat the convenience! |

i going to court soon for one of my parking tickets, suprisingly they actualy set a court date
i parked at king ST without paying, its free after 12 i think, and i got a ticket at 11 50.
what should i say in court? does the parking officer have to come? |

So you knowingly parked in a pay parking spot and didn't pay? Why not suck it up and admit you were in the wrong and just pay the ticket instead of wasting tax payers money fighting it in court. People like you make me sick. |

2. Wrong. So long it's in a conspicuous place, it's valid. |
