I thought the finale was a big MEH...
Quite dissappointed. But then again last season didn't end on a big cliffhanger either.

agreed. the first half wasn't anything special and quite predictable.

it's either a character we haven't encountered yet...or Eric...
those are my guesses...but who knows. I'm not going to lose sleep or it.
I'm more dissappointed with Weeds. I watched last weeks episode (on the internet), and only just found out that it was the season 5 finale!! I was so psyched for the new episode this week.

I liked the first half, thought the scene with Sam killing MaryAnne was very cool, middle portion lagged, last part picked up.
I don't think it was Eric that kidnapped Bill, it's just too obvious
- The Queen wondering why Bill knows Eric is selling blood
- Eric saying "I'll take care of Bill personally..."
just seems too obvious, making me think they are being purposefully misleading.
I think it may either be
- Bills maker - she's not too thrilled with him right now
- Someone from Dallas (LOD church thing)
- Someone doing dirty work for the Queen (but not Eric)
Eric want's Sookie too badly for him to do something like this - if Bill goes missing and it's Eric's fault - Sookie will want nothing to do with him and will do everything she can to remove any influence he has over her. |

Even though the show is starting to be really different from the books - I think that they will try and touch on some major plot points in them.
In Book 3, Bill gets kidnapped, and it's Eric that sends Sookie to go find him.
Not done Book 3 yet, but I think the King of Missisipi is involved - and some other vampire lover (perhaps his maker?) |
