were all disappointed
were all sad.
the big event this weekend was stereo .
it wasnt the opening of a new place, it was not a particular DJ
it was the doors of a place we all got together from time to time to forget our bull, and just enjoy the music and loose ourselves together.
Friends from all over the world have been chanting Stereo in anticipation, of getting the feeling one more time, of a place we all shared many memories in.
Without a doubt , mtl's EDM scene is not at its best, lets hope everyone never looses hope in dancing one more time together , under Stereo's disco ball.

This is terrible...
my sympathies to all the people who worked hard on building back the club. Must be heartbreaking to see it getting destroyed once again so close to the goal...
Whoever think they would gain from doing that are wrong...we all lose. |

This was going to be a massive weekend for Stereo and the new Stereo seemed extremely promising, with all the hard work that went into this, and much support - at a grass-roots level.
Maybe if they had tried for several months and failed - one could make such an accusation, but right now seems very much a far-fetched notion. |

alright peeps,
i just got back from the temple.....really not that bad. lots of people helping out clearing out garbage. the main room is pretty much ok. fine, there's a bunch of work that needs to be done, but most of the damage is from the basement up to the mainroom.
also, there was no sound installed.....so the sound system hasn't been affected.
people seem pretty upbeat considering the circumstances. |

i really couldn't say. i know nothing about that kinda stuff, but if i had to put money on it, i'd bet against it. |
