After realizing that Tiesto has been in the industry for a very long time, and properly giving his new album a re-listening. I have to admit.... I was impressed with the quality of production from a very old dog. It sounded better than anything that is currently playing on the radio! Specially the weak "Pitbull/classic house beat" that is all over LA...
As far as him as a performer... I just saw him Tear up Heat in Anaheim last Dec. I cant wait to see what he does to the Shrine on the 25th!!
Not mad at that track list from Chicago either.... Its a good balance.. "old Classic Tiesto" = What the masses want to hear...
"NEW Tiesto" ... What a true fan wants to hear...
"Hot " ...... What we ALL want to hear..
Very predictable for an AMAZING DJ like Tiesto ... the guy is a pro
Cant wait till Wednesday the 25th! =D

You can buy tickets through Groovetickets or Ticketmaster as well. GT being the cheapest.

GT doesn't offer hard tickets though, only TicketMaster. Tickemaster only has VIP tix for Saturday night...so, I may go on Saturday night.

Also, I found a link to tickets thru Tiesto.com (Ticketdriver.com) The only tickets shown available there are VIP for Wednesday night, but it did show the following:
VIP Admission. Doors 8pm Ages 21+ Private Area with open bar
Assuming VIP offers the same benefits for all nights, it should include an open bar. :)

I am scared to see him live now. Saw him in Vegas earlier this year and that was good. But the tour I heard hasn't been that good since his choons has been ugh. Don't want to ruin the image I have of him lol

I stopped reading it after that.
Us true fans (Tiesto is my ALL TIME favorite DJ) don't want to hear is "new tiesto" ... us true fans want to hear "new hot from Tiesto that reminds us of his glory day, but know we'll never get it because Tiesto wasn't the sole-man behind just about every one of his great tracks and he doesn't have the same producer or two beside him anymore, we don't think. That said, we don't care...we want some good hot , and his "new tiesto" ain't it.
:-P

IMO, every time I've seen Tiesto outside of LA, he rocks and just lets loose! For some reason his LA sets seem to be more rehearsed and more of a theatrical show than a straight up DJ Set. I said it before, and I'll say it again, if you ever get a chance to see him in Mexico, GO!!!! Don't even think about it twice. His best sets I heard have always been there.
I took this video at 7am in Rosarito Beach, Mexico!!!
