| Lots of sexy times were had down there, too. Needs a lot of work though. But that's gonna be our workout room. We'd like to rent it out to someone, but it'll be tough to find the right person...cause it's not like it's a whole/separate apartment. Plus it's a basement, and most people don't like living in basements. |

| Lol, yeah. I also just really don't like the idea of sharing our house with someone else. There's only one person we both agree would have been the perfect tenant...but he's already found a place. So whatever..we'll just have to turn that into a disco room I guess. :p |

OH! Hahah yeah right, that makes sense. Well except he took it step further and said Jimmy's dad pays my "way", which he doesn't. Lol. Family house, stays in the family. Makes sense really.

Thanks, yeah his dad kept/keeps beautiful gardens. The that was living in this house for the past 8 months did all, so now we have a lot of work to do before winter. I can bring them back to their former glory though. :) |
