I would seriously like to know if you're ever going to use the same company again at future events to hook up your equipment. That's a horrible way to lose so many customers.

Security was more concerned finding people to pay their "cut" prices than to control the line. Was there a reason no effort was made AT ANY TIME DURING THE NIGHT to inform security that further control of the line would be needed since you KNEW you would not have the doors open on time and also KNEW what this would cause.

Any idea on the parking increase from $10 to $20? What reasoning behind that?

Also.. "chance to see another show for free.." what does this mean? YOU are offering a chance for a ticket at YOUR events?

OMG. that is disgusting. I'll pass on that one.

Then can I have a refund? I really wanted to see Tiesto's head inside that filthy vagina! I mean, I searched the internet for 3 hours to find that vagina! I'm gonna sue!

My friend and I arrived at around 10:00 (which is when my print ticket said the show started). I had also seen 9:00pm as a start time which was seriously confusing.

Not the venue's fault but I did find a huge lack of actual information on the Tiesto site/ site to purchase tickets from. I also saw the $10 dollar parking fee and had to actually leave, hit the bank, then come back when I found out it was $20 because I rarely ever carry cash.

My friend and I waited until 2:00am and never got in. My experience was fruitless. While I didn't see any bottle thrown at the window, tear gas inside the building, Liquid/Opera or whatever screwing up the venue, all I know is that it didn't seem so smooth and that I paid $20 for parking and $45+ tax for each of 2 tickets and I never so much as touched the building.

If Liquid is the only person/company/authority willing to take responsibility for it then cheers to you. At least someone will honor the fact that 500-1000 people didn't get inside.

I'm not going to wine about it though for days. I've never seen him live and wanted to for 10 years. I missed it and it was a mess. No single handed person to blame.

The money back is the main thing.
The experience lost is the second thing.

There will always be another event. This one is over and gone.

Thanks for taking responsibility Liquid.

PS: No matter how much experience a company has, how many times anyone has managed an event regardless of huge or small (crowd wise) no one can know what any 1 idiot will do to ruin something for everyone else.

Went home that night, had a beer, went to sleep. Tiesto will come back to town I don't doubt.

Word. Sooner than a year I hope... I travel to Miami often so I have some extra shots to see the talent I like.. but for some reason the crowds in his shows in Atlanta seem much more into it - which is why I was really looking forward to this one - That and because my cuz had never seen tiesto before and this was his first chance in a long time. We are debating about hitting up the show in Nashville now...

Word as well :P. I was going to mention I did feel sorry for the various people from out of town. Saw a few Alabama license plates. Sucks for them if they didn't get in. Few people on facebook I saw who spent about $500-600 hotels/gas/concert etc... and didn't make it either.

happens. Just have to move on. Glad someone is willing to manage taking care of those left out of it. Now that you mentioned Nashville I am pondering :P.

Presale tickets are still showing only $35, not too bad of a drive either. His tickets @ Liv, Miami are $300 (no I am not exaggerating that number either lol). Insane.
