| Yeah refund plus 2 free entries is a good reimbursement for the whole let down. I'm sure lessons were learned about some of the mistakes. |

It's been since Sunday (after the concert) that I emailed the people I purchased tickets from which is tiestotickets.com with no response. I am curious if you know of someone else I should contact. Also in what you said above I am a tad confused, do I contact you? I appreciate your effort thus far in reconciling and taking responsibility.
Any help would be appreciated in getting my money back.

I have emailed liquified about this and havn't gotten a response in a few days, any suggestions on how to get this handled? |
