Anyway the problem with the legal grey area that comes from being under the influence of alcohol is that, when women voluntarily choose to put themselves in those drunken situations, they make themselves vulnerable, and responsible people have to end up taking care of them like they're children. And they become unaccountable for the infantile powerless postion they've put themselves in- and ironically are powerfully protected by that powerlessness because all they have to do is cry rape/victim/not resonsible for my actions.... which often happens when they feel guilty for their behavior or don't want people to "think they're a whore"; they are basically allowed to take part in any sexual fantasy they choose with really very little consequence.
Too often it's the poor bastards who thought they lucked into one of those Penthouse letters-turned-real-life who end up in the clink or have their reputations ruined. The statistics say this kind of happens more frequently than it ever should. The whole "it's not your fault" meme needs to have a caveat attached to that statement... I know we're supposed to passionately feed women that, and it is true most of the time because yeah, the crime (when it's real) is committed by the guy, but we should stop pretending like there's no connection between their behavior and the crimes committed against them. I know they don't ask to be raped, but rape happens and it's going to happen to women who make themselves easy marks. To be truly empowered as women, they should take more personal responsibility for themselves. Common sense goes a long way. Fellas, be careful.

is it REALLY that hard to tell when a girl has had too much to drink to make the decision to you? apparantly it is. lol
you guys get to go out for jagerbombs all night without worrying about getting ed while you're passed out. must be nice. |

Hmm, interesting. Well if you're that worried about it, insist on signed, notorized documentation of consent. :clown:
Alternately, you could preemptively accuse them of rape, or simply take care to ensure that they could never track you down to make the accusation. Obviously, the latter option is unavailable if the victim is someone who already knows your identity.
No precaution will reduce your risk to zero, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't use protection... |

whatever how often do rapes occur at night clubs???? i mean you hear an odd story but who actually knows someone who went out got bombed and woke up with 8 black dicks in them???
thats why as a chick you go in groups.
instead of guys being raped we have to worry about waking up in a jail cell getting raped while we're sober by some guy with a snake tatoo on his calf |

No one said that nailing some chick while she is passed the out is okay. He was just saying that our society promotes not taking responsibility for your actions, and rape is a relatively common way out of certain actions for women. He cited a study proving this. |
