Oh man, one of my friends got ed over so badly by his wife in their divorce. She'd fully planned things out for more than a year before actually informing him that she was leaving. 3 kids in the mix didn't help either.
Bitch got EVERYTHING. They were really well off, too. 4 houses, heaps of investments. She became a multi-millionaire. He had enough money left over after the legal fees to buy a cheap 2 bedroom unit in a complex (and he had to loan a bit of money just to buy that, too).
2 months later the company he was a manager for downsized after a corporate merger, and he lost his job...
Poor bastard.
Doing a bit better now (he's a smart guy). Still... |
This is exactly the bull that shouldn't happen.

Luckily we don't have to undergo the equivalent of ting a watermelon in order to procreate.
Also we don't bleed for a week every month of our adult lives, forcing us to stuff wads of absorbent material inside our bodies...
I won't even go into the numerous things we're better at or people will get butthurt.. generally speaking though I think when gender differentiation occurred to us as foetuses we pretty much won that particular biological lottery. |
Well yeah, we pretty much won, but that does't mean we should basically go from being alright to ed six ways to Sunday just because we are men and have an easier time getting ahead than women. I mean losing 10m worth of whatever just because you got married? And the woman is allowed to make some sort of claim that she needs to keep up her lifestyle that the man provided even AFTER the divorce?! Please. That is just ed up. And don't get me started on child support calculations.

I'd imagine you'd think differently were you to get raped tonight. Just saying... don't trivialize it - yea there are ****s that make it up but there are way more victims out there afraid to say anything because they really don't get much out of the whole ordeal of reporting it/pressing charges. Also, as mentioned, if the girl is totally intoxicated then it makes it even more difficult.. |

There are way too many fake rape cases these days though.
And why does all this sound familiar? I think I created a thread about this a while ago. lol |

i know dude. i'm not saying if i were raped i'd be fine and back to business the following day. i would agressively attack the issues with therapy instantly though.
also, you guys are forgetting how ing difficult it is to come forward from being raped. yea sure there are definitely some crazy ass bitches out there though who dont give a what it takes, they just want revenge and it's unfortunate. but the victim's entire sexual history is looked at under a microscope no matter what the laws are, and it's really embarrassing and traumatizing to admit being raped i would imagine. i would say more likely than not, most women who report rape were definitely at least taken advantage of even if they consented. not everyone is confrontational and confident/aggressive and rapists feed on weak chicks. |

is it REALLY that hard to tell when a girl has had too much to drink to make the decision to you? apparantly it is. lol
you guys get to go out for jagerbombs all night without worrying about getting ed while you're passed out. must be nice. |
The problem is the chick that blacks outs the evening then cries rape the next day.
Blacking out doesn't necessarily mean the person passed out. The woman could've appeared only moderately drunk, and may even been the one who initiated the sexual encounter, but if she wakes up the next morning with no recollection of the night before, then she can legally accuse the guy of rape. Doesn't seem fair. |

It isn't. We can't claim rape while we're intoxicated, yet they can. Whack if you ask me. |

it doesn't matter you ing tool. if she blacked out she was obviously wasted and probably had some pretty strong booze breath. that's enough for a guy to realize she's had too much and not push the sex thing until a more sober time. that's the gentleman thing to do, you obviously wouldn't know anything about that lol |

I think the point he's making is that it's okay for a girl to get properly sloshed and make some bad decisions, but it's not okay for a guy to do the same exact thing. The girl can claim rape and she will win.
I'm not saying I have a better solution, either... |
