| look i'm not disagreeing with you guys, but i'm also just trying to point out that it's not rocket science (or shouldn't be) to figure out if a girl has had a little too much to drink and is throwing herself at you and might regret it the next day. the proper thing to do would be refuse but i know it's hard when you have blue balls and are drunk yourself. |

That doesn't matter. There is no excuse to claim rape just because it was something you regret. That was the point being made. /end |

Again, this was never the point of this thread. The point of the thread was that the legal framework for allowing women to us dudes in the ass by claiming rape for stupid decisions existing in such a way that we basically have no real recourse. |
