We just bought 7 tickets for the 1030pm IMAX showing at the Scotiabank Theatre on Richmond.

saw the movie last night. was pretty damn impressed. the 3D wasn't overwhelming 3D like you see in most movies of the kind. The story line was largely given away in the trailers, so that was kind of out the window and for the most part quite predictable in most cases.
i think Cameron will get an Oscar or two for the originality and sheer beautiful surrounding that is Pandora.
Don't think i'd go see it again tho, 3hrs is painful to sit through. |

Matrix > Avatar in my eyes
Very original as far as Technology is concerned in the art of movie making..but man the Story line of this is so and unoriginal it's unbelievable... |
