starcraft 2? (pg. 9)

I had a hilarious game today.
I built six expansions in the first ten minutes and got 200/200 of nothing but probes shortly thereafter. Didn't do anything with my money except make a couple dozen photon cannons at just about every expansion on the map and gave the rest to my allies. |

| i was watching a replay last night and only just discovered the 'player cam' option. i dont know of an RTS that's done that before (doesn't mean there aren't any, but ive never seen them). cool feature. |

It was in starcraft 1.
But yeh, I like some of the other features they added in starcraft 2 as well. Real time harvestor count, apm, and income is great. |

I could be wrong.
I'm used to watching replays where they change between the first person view of the observer(not the unit) which has both people's views. Then the first person view of each player. Although I guess that kind've doesn't really count, since it's only possible in real time.
Don't forget BWchart added a bunch of features to replay watching though. |

Yeah, I didn’t play SC1 for years and years or anything, so it may have been added in a patch or something. But I would’ve thought it would have become standard in WC3 had that been the case.
What im talking about is if you select player cam, then you can sit back and watch while the screen moves constantly, showing the observer whatever the player was looking at during that part of the replay. So, its kind’ve like a “directed” replay, where you’re seeing exactly what the player is looking at at any given time. Can get a bit dizzy watching some of the top players play; the screen jumps all over the map in a fraction of a second. |

Will do, but I have to finish the campaign and do some placement matches etc. im not all that fond of 2v2 however, 1v1 is my preferred in all games. I don’t play well with others!! :D |

| When I'm busy eating or something during an SC2 session I go the to the teamliquid.net streams of zerg players (my race) and watch better players than me to see how they respond to situations I find myself in. I feel like I'm getting a lot better. |

Fair enough, but a lot of the 2v2 people I've played are seriously bad... if I'm with someone hald decent (silver or above) I can usually win 4 of the placement matches for 2v2.
Playing with unco ordinated noobs who don't play 1v1 cos they're too scared who cheese half the time is an easy entrance into the game :P |

I tried that player cam on some korean pros and I felt dizzy after. I can barely pull off a 40 APM but I highly doubt I will ever go higher than that. Anyone wanna 1 on 1?
