259 Calories
3g Total Fat
1g Saturated Fat
10mg Cholesterol
561mg Sodium
48g Total Carbs
1g Dietary Fiber
7g Sugars
11g Protein
Annnnd, some vitamins.
Vanilla Ice Cream: per 70g
161 Calories
10g Total fat
6g Saturated fat
.3 Trans fat
40mg Cholesterol
43.4mg Sodium
16g Total Carbs (all of it from Sugar)
4g Protein
Now, an entire box of Kraft dinner is 255g.
A liter of ice cream contains 525g.
In other words, 1L of vanilla ice cream is much, MUCH more horrible for you than a full box of Kraft Dinner, containing roughly 33% more calories, 8 times the cholesterol, 12 times the saturated fat, 4 times the sugar.
But hey, at least your sodium intake would be cut down. |
