Strangely enough, negro is how you say someone is "black" around here. I mean, if you say "preto" (black) it sounds like "nigger" to us :D
in cuba they call each other negros all of the time. The darker your skin, the less you are allowed to eat.

it is funny because it is true. the darker your skin, the lower you are in terms of your acceptance in society. Brown people are racist too:p

I decided to make Mac & Cheese some day like 2-3 years ago.. cuz I wanted to be reminded of that childhood taste..
.. I woke up at 5 am to puke it all out - never ate it again!

Or instead, lets do the math, using actual facts.
Kraft Dinner: per 70g
259 Calories
3g Total Fat
1g Saturated Fat
10mg Cholesterol
561mg Sodium
48g Total Carbs
1g Dietary Fiber
7g Sugars
11g Protein
Annnnd, some vitamins.
Vanilla Ice Cream: per 70g
161 Calories
10g Total fat
6g Saturated fat
.3 Trans fat
40mg Cholesterol
43.4mg Sodium
16g Total Carbs (all of it from Sugar)
4g Protein
Now, an entire box of Kraft dinner is 255g.
A liter of ice cream contains 525g.
In other words, 1L of vanilla ice cream is much, MUCH more horrible for you than a full box of Kraft Dinner, containing roughly 33% more calories, 8 times the cholesterol, 12 times the saturated fat, 4 times the sugar.
But hey, at least your sodium intake would be cut down.
While I'll agree with you that a box of Mac & Cheese is better than a tub of icecream your information is way off because the nutritional info is for unprepared mac. Add milk and margarine then the numbers change dramatically use butter and well its definitely not very healthy.
