personally id rather have giambrone in this case. At least he's only spending 3000 dollars on taxis and hoors instead of blindly waving off millions of our taxpayers dollars on a supposed "electronic health system front" with contracts soul-sourced to buddies. |

This is why i am skeptical about our governments methods of social spending and why usually privatization is 10 times more efficient. |
