I disagree. He still uses the TTC regularly, but there are times when the TTC is not a viable option, especially if you have meetings all day at various locations around town and need to get there quickly, possibly needing to take files/etc with you.
Saying that's the scandal is an even more desperate attempt to raise a stink over nothing than bitching about the $3,000.
Even if the TTC was the best, most efficient and most effective public-transit system in the world, there would still be times where it would not be an appropriate choice to use to make it to your meetings/etc on time.
I'd rather know that he's making it to meetings on time then waiting for a transfer at a bus-stop in Scarborough.
Should Adam start to implement express routes to his business destinations just to make things convenient to him? that'd be a bigger scandal "Millions spent on express route from City Hall to Scarborough Town Center. Reasons? Adam needs to make it to a meeting on time!", please - I'd rather him spend $40 on a taxi and expense it. |

But he's a POLITICIAN! He should be out there with the grunts, digging trenches and getting his hands dirty and whatnot, 'cuz every taxpayer funded breath he takes is dragging us one step further toward the PRECIPICE OF HELL! |
