No reason why police would act differently in another part of the city. I do not think it matters where you are if you act like an idiot you will have problems with the police.

really? so you dont think that political objectives have anything to do with it? You dont think that when 20 cops converge on a simple fist fight, the results may be different? You dont think that the cops are conscious of who their potential audience demographic is? And finally, you dont think that different types of cops arent assigned to different beats?
