Yes it does... and it can also damage the receptors so that you wont take up as much serotonin later on. Many people who do a lot of E suffer from depression as a result.
Sex is a good one... but not everyone can have sex whenever they want. Going out and doing something you enjoy can get the serotonin flowing. Getting some sun is excellent too if you think you're suffering from depression. St John's Wort is apparently good for it as well.
Exercise is good, but if you're depressed, it may be hard to get the motivation to start doing it to begin with. I suggest getting out, do stuff outside in the sun and with other people, and start taking St John's Wort. The combination should improve how you're feeling and then maybe you can start working out.
Oh... and eat healthy! Eating garbage food will make you feel ty and that does nothing for improving your overall mood. |
