I agree completely. You want to keep the media out? Be responsible promoters and make the events 18+. I'd love to see some data on the ages of those causing the issues, but my bet is on the fact that they are younger than 18.

So that means the Lakers or any other local sports team should not have games or win championships in the City as well any more. And don't forget the drug use and drinking/ riots that happen at other Non EDM events as well. Maybe they should stop too...

I don't think they should ban the raves from the coliseum, but I do think they should lower the capacity to a much more manageable one and make them 18+. Look at when Giant used to do these 21+ parties in Downtown LA, they never had these kinds of problems.

I can honestly say that in my whole life, I only been to one rave/party where everyone was genuinely there for the music. That day was freakin' wonderful.

It was a daytime party that B3 Cand-e did at Griffith Park. At least I think it was them. The party it self wasn't that big, probably around 1000 people, but the vibe and the weather were amazing.

It was a mature crowd. Everyone was just having a good time, no issues, no e-puddles, no drug fest, nothing. I remember seeing entire families dancing, people with drums & bongos, hula hoops, saxophones, no overpriced water, nothing. It was all clean fun.

And when the music stopped, everyone picked up the trash and cleaned the area around them.

can we say...bull :

"the minor had taken another attendee's water bottle and had drunk from it without realizing it had been laced with drugs."

oh come on. and the over use of the word "rave". i like to think its more of an electronic music carnival.

So is LovEvolution next? The crowd last year was much worse than EDC. Way more ed up. If you stood by the bathrooms you would have seen a nonstop stream of ambulances taking people out. Saw fights on the city streets and all kinds of .
