Claimed she didn't have the $120 temporary restaurant license to sell food to the public.

Good. Shut that down.

Nothing worse than a cocky, seven year-old entrepreneur.

I applaud the police for shutting down this illegitimate business. All it would take is one person to get sick and her parents would be SOL
couch-potato
I bet she didn't even buy those lemons.

We must abolish piracy.

WHO THE HELL CHARGES $0.50 FOR A GLASS OF LEMONADE?????????

, when I was a kid we charged a nickle and we served you with a smile.
Comrade Stalin
That's right you greedy little capitalist bitch. Girls should march in parades.

Well this is pretty much where promiscuous litigation gets you.

It's either the lawyers or the lemonade stands, America. You can't have both.

Look, lets not misunderstand me here; I'm all for dashing the hopes and dreams of children everywhere, but this kinda seems like overkill.

Yeah, no need to get litigious. They should have just tipped over her entire table in front of her so she got the hint: she's a public health hazard.

I don't think so at all...she was attempting to be a vendor at an art fair. Why should the other vendors have to follow the rules and she doesn't? Besides, I'm sure her parents will be happy that they don't loose everything because someone sues them because their daughter left a booger in a drink.
