Here we go. I remember taking this vid because I thought the track was hilarious. I'm pretty sure it must be called "I'M A NYMPHO". lol

Thanks Mike. It was fun getting Sunday Schooled w/you and Jason etc. periodically throughout the wknd. Good, dusty times!
Incredible dusty times!! :D So glad I checked out Claude VonStroke as per your advice. Seriously, hearing that nasty remix of Percolator felt so wrong, and so right at the same time, and then who's afraid of detroit from the man himself... Awwwwwh man!! Epic!!

Such a good dubstep DJ. I saw him in the Red Bull tent at DEMF, where the vibe was also better than anywhere else in the whole festival.

That would have been Diplo. He's one half of Major Lazer. Unless someone else did that "What's up Electric Zoo" continously as well but his set was the only one I caught like that. Would have been at 7:15pm on the Sunday night during the end bit of Carola's set.
Dubstep DJs I like worth following would be Scuba, Jon Hopkins (though he's pretty experimental, pigeon-holing him as dubstep is pretty unfair. His first album is pretty much entirely ambient and it's a sound that still dominates his style), Instra:mental, Sigha, Icicle, Mary Anne Hobbs, Mount Kimbie, Kode9, Burial, Joker, Ikonika, Martyn, Zomby, Ramadanman, Joy Orbison, Shackleton, Appleblim, Vex'd... certainly others but that's more than enough for a strong base.
Most of the stuff I get are torrented albums. If that's your thing I strongly suggest tracking down Scuba's "Sub:stance" mix album. Otherwise this mix by Icicle for the Sonic Router blog is pretty good. If you want a quick run down on the genre and it's history this is an absolutely excellent chronology mix spanning the evolution of dubstep. In fact I'd recommend that last one most as a quick and proper introduction.
thanks, doll! :) :)
Kris is 100% correct, the Red Bull Tent was on FIRE. A couple times I ran in just to see what all the fuss was about! ;)

We just stayed where the best music/vibe were. ;) :p
Argh, thinking about Sunday school is so frustrating. I just want to go back!
