The lineup is pretty stellar but I don't think I can deal with dancing in extreme cold weather..

It is actually not that bad once the party gets going. I even think it gets hot at some point.

I heard he LOVED ((())) when he was there recently (and blew the place apart), so I would not doubt he'll be back at the temple that weekend. Unless he does Footy in tdot on Fri, as I can't see him being booked at the temple on a Sat night.

agreed, once you're in with the crowd and moving it's not cold at all. There's no wind and it actually gets pretty hot...granted you're dressed properly and wearing boots to begin with

You layer up like crazy. 3-4 layers, snow pants, proper boots gloves and a hat and scarf, and even if it's -30 (I've done Igloofest when it was around there) once you're in the crowd, it actually does get warm. I took my gloves off actually haha.. if you've never done Igloofest, its definitely a MUST. Finishes around 12, go home, shower and then hit up Stereo/Circus.

We were a group of about 20 up-fer-it klubheads last yr and soooo much fun !! Lots of steam coming from our unbottoned jackets and when we took off our toques. For the last two years, I bring my wineskin and home-made crab-apple liqueur. Be very discreet if you bring any "refreshments" in ;)

-a half mickey or mickey of fireball / cinamon schnapps is also a good option

-waterproof hiking boots are fantastic for the slushy spots and can bust better moves than with them big bulky Sorel-type boots

-as corjay wrote, it's all about the layering !
