There you go Serial- Chemenhanced is probably still scouring the internet trying to get those answers lol. Age does not make you a fan- being a fan does.
The rest of you bore me, this thread was started to celebrate the last 10 shows of Stern. Throughout this thread Ive heard it all from good-riddance , to stern sucks and how he is now old news. Since then obviously he has re-signed for 400 million and people are now grabbing for anything to still bash the man lol...anyone who brings so much passion from people who dislike him must be doing something right. Regardless of what he is earning he decided to take it - its not because he had to but because he wanted to. The Satellite industry would not even exist today if it was not for Stern, and I am sure hundreds of people who work in this industry are grateful that he re-signed as it allows them all to continue to have jobs in these difficult time. He wanted to see what he has started through to the very end and that is commendable. Big Picture people!
He is a success because he re-vived an entire industry, provided jobs for countless people, entertained millions of people, and brought Sirius billions of dollars - all the while probably making himself a billionaire - yeah your right what a fail smh. |

Chem left for a vacation yesterday, so my guess is that will be a barrier to him answering your question.

Wow dude, you're thick. I'm not bashing anyone nor would I suggest he is a failure... I dig Stern, always have. I'm just pointing out that taking a 30% pay decrease is a pretty clear sign that he didn't deliver on expectations and didn't really have many options available to him. He's a brilliant self-marketer... don't take what you hear on his show as fact, it's just entertainment. |

No one is suggesting he hasn't had a successful career...you would be a fool to think he hasn't. All Moral Hazard and I have suggested is that he had to take a pay decrease to stay with Sirius. It tells me that he had no bargaining chips and that Sirius doesn't think he will produce as much income as he did in the first 5 years. In all honesty he should probably just retire.....he is getting to old to be the shock jock he once was. |

One of his daughters was my ex's roommate. That was probably right about the time I decided he was genuinely creepy, among other things. |

She seemed to have turned out ok, but I doubt someone who was dating her, instead, would agree. |
