Title says it all. Artist albums.

For me:

#1 Darkstar - North
For some reason Darkstar decided to scrap their almost finished Dubstep album and they did atmospheric and detailed Synthpop instead. Sounds amazing anyways, will probably grow and age well.

#2 Shackleton - Fabric 55 (More like an artist album than a mix CD really)
Shackleton put's everything what's good about him - huge basslines and hypnotic drums and makes a coherent mix out of it.

#3 Mount Kimbie - Crooks And Lovers
Mount Kimbie going quite non-EDM-ish on this one with a lot of acoustic guitars, but it's quite nice I think if you like their style.

#4 ASC - Nothing Is Certain
Really nice and forward thinking Drum and Bass, Autonomic sound did really kick ass in 2010.

#5 Probably Scuba - Triangulation
I didn't like it that much at first but it did grow and it will probably continue to grow on me.
Kenny Rogers
albums? not even sure ive heard a complete album by anyone this year.

#1 We Love - We Love
#2 Pantha du Prince - Black Noise
#3 Magda - From the Fallen Page

I don't normally like EDM artist albums, but there is one this year that I thought was great:

Arnej - The Journey Unknown

(even though it's really just a "greatest hits up until now" album)
trancedanne
Timewave - Solar System
Kay-D - Source Of Miracles
Michael Cassette - Temporarity
netroM
Röyksopp - Senior
MGMT - Congratulations
Sleep Party People - Sleep Party People
Jónsi - Go
The Album Leaf - A Chorus of Storytellers
Gorillaz - Plastic Beach
Ólafur Arnalds - And They Have Escaped The Weight Of Darkness

are my favourites this year :)

The Pantha Du Prince album was real good but not quite as good as This Bliss IMO
osterzone
1. The Wonder Years - The Upsides
2. Four Year Strong - Enemy of the World
3. Enhanced Sessions Volume Two (Mixed by Tritonal & Ferry Tayle)
4. Anjunadeep 02 (Mixed by Jaytech & James Grant)
5. Kno - Death Is Silent
6. Linkin Park - A Thousand Suns
7. In This Moment - A Star-Crossed Wasteland
8. Onra - Long Distance
9. We Are The In Crowd - Guaranteed To Disagree
10. Gorillaz - Plastic Beach

The Roots' "How I Got Over" will probably knock something off that list, but I haven't finished listening to it yet. The Black Dog's "Music For Real Airports" is also stellar.

This has been the best year for music since 2004. So many good albums have come out.
