I think there's like a 4-6 hour window where you can re-download. In the event that you need to re-download an older track, you can always e-mail them and ask and they'll put it back in your download queue. I've had that happen to me. |

Some of those Russian sites offer very rare tracks that you will never find on P2P or torrents. |
i can't speak for p2p and torrents as i don't use them...but show me a rare release and usually google can find you a rapid link.
How many times have i googled an extremely limited pressing to purchase it, only to have the illegal filesharing sites dominate the results page.
For fun, do you have any examples of tracks that can't be found via google or legal avenues vs the russian sites?
Rodri seems to think these 20 cent sites offer legal downloads, which really is not the case at all...this is what i am arguing. |

A lot of old, out of print tracks can be bought on vinyl, but not pirated except through Russian means. I invite you to find me a full version of Desert - Feelings Run So Deep on Google. |

i have never said that this downloads are legal in the sense you understand of "legal" but they are legal indeed from the russian stand point, which is the important think here if they were ilegal in the "russian sense" that websites would be closed, a lot of p2p websites just keep moving from country to country in search of law freedom, same as wikileaks for example, i am making fun with a colleague of your law assumptions but you should just check about electronic contracting and the customers protection on public stores principle. That should show you how wrong you are
Funny the fork metaphor, i can extrapolate that everybody can be an expert in everything from that. Jesus :stongue: |

it is legal in russia, but if you are not downloading from russia you are subject to the laws of the territory in which you reside.
example.
let's just say heroin is legal in russia.
you buy russian heroin and get arrested at your airport because heroin is very illegal where you live.
"but officer i bought it in a legal place" is about as valid a legal argument as "i didn't know i was doing anything wrong officer." |

ps system
i've not posted the link because of obvious reasons...if you want it pm.
this is most likely the same vinyl rip you would be paying for considering this track was never released digitally. If you think because a Russian fly by night site says something is 320... |

don't compare drugs because that doesn't compare. That's penal law not merchant/civil law...
When you are contracting through an electronic stream the law that it's applyed to you is the law from the country where the contract is issued, i signed a digital contract in Argentina yesterday so don't tell me .
Stop pigeon holling on this because this is becoming rather pathetic. Very illegal?¿ Jesus^2 |

so if you download child pornography from a country where it breaks no laws you are saying you are not subject to any legal penalty for possession of child pornography in your home country?
You should try it, and then use your electronic stream argument.;)
please rodri, keep blessing us with more "knowledge". |
