the only thing that scares me is skipper doing this program in her usual attire, corduroy jeans and a stupid t shirt, and the friction from her thighs and stylish pants burning down her entire parkdale apartment.

Good feedback re. chin up bar - I don't really want to buy one! I do need some heavier weights though, using 10s on some of the arms and legs exercises is not pushing me to max.

chin ups mostly work upper back and biceps, not as much shoulders. thats why it makes an appearance of a big build.

If you want to work your shoulders then that would be push ups. I knew a girl in high school who did push ups religiously every day, her shoulders were ing huge, really unattractive.

Hahah listening to you ppl talk about what you think you know is hilarious. Chin ups target bis chest and shoulders. Pull ups target back and bi's. You probably don't know the difference because they generally look the same cept for the type of grip you use.

That is total bs. For pushups AND chin ups. It all depends on your technique and grip.

I do pushups every time I work out and my shoulders aren't huge at all. Pushups work your chest more than your arms, again depending on your technique.

i dont know about your shoulders but it does work triceps and shoulders as well as chest like you said, although i noticed (for me) it did not target chest as much as when i started doing bench press.

yes i did confuse chin ups with pull ups. i meant pull ups target back/bi's mostly.

My only point is that everything comes down to technique. If you're too huge in any spot and that's not what you're going for, you're most likely doing it incorrectly. :p

the way you place your hands (technique as you said) will target that particular part of the chest (pectoralis major, pectoralis minor or the mid section) but will still put the same type of pressure on your arms (as i said triceps and shoulders)

she did 60 pushups easily, she was a cute girl but her shoulders were massive, im not sure if she was like that before i met her.
