sarcasm or not...you can never tell with tranceaddict

The thread you started in DJ Booth hasn't escaped my attention and the pattern I've noticed is that you instantly shirk the advice you're given when it would contradict some path of least resistance you have preconceived as a viable strategy. If tranceaddict were a forum devoted to architecture and structural engineering, you would have started threads asking how to build a house where you live in this forum and then move it across your country after it had already been built, in DJ Booth. You're so insistent that things be done in a completely ass-backwards fashion that I honestly wonder if your not actually trolling.

So, no. I'm not being sarcastic. You seem decided that doing things your way is going to yield the best possible result given the least amount of time. Coupled with a one percent chance that you're not going to be raped by your ostensibly malevolent record label - in spite of several people in this thread who know better through actual experience - agreeing with your entrenched confirmation bias, I perceive you as having, seems like the best and only possible way to convince you of anything, at all. As far as my opinion of your music: I dare say, you're better than Swedish House Mafia.

I daily work with contracts not this kind of contracts but it's not easy to trick me, language is more disturbing than the obnoxious language. From my experience the contracts i have signed for tracks were reasonable, i just didn't agree with some terms and changed them but looked quite professional in my case looked like lawyer-written stuff i don't know if this is the case of is what you tell of small labels getting the contracts of big labels, had all the basic elements of a contract at least which is not easy to find nowadays, particularly the chance to dismiss the contract.

Point well made and taken. But the fact remains that the OP is clearly unfamiliar with contract language. While you probably have an abundance of experience you can take for granted, to the uninitiated, contracts are anything but simple to resolve.

that threads a joke it takes about 20 reply's b4 i get a answer. i was not shiring at there advice because the was none...other then to not dj...and I already said i had declined the offers... however

I've been told i take the path of least resistance many times b4.

it all happend so quickly,I took a year off production ( which I think was a godsend) and then all these excting things happen...i think its quite a natural reaction.

one of the gigs i take all door sales...for a student thats an exciting opurtunity.

I have already interacted with several really nice people here on TA. The people who are always negative and think they they know everything are not worth the time of day. Not surprisingly I have found nicer people often go on to have more success long term than the people who are having a go at everyone for everything.

define nice

I mean lets say I raped a girl but used lube and protection and told her she was pretty. i mean that is alot nicer than lets say a gang of black guys going to town with their massive cocks meanwhile Jamal , the youngest guy is rapping so bad that in combination of the screams and the tribe speak, the neighbour has a heart attack. Would you consider me nice ?

oh and to make things more complicated, the guy that impregnates her is usher. Not so simple now. Where on one hand you have some white guy getting all in your junk, the other alternative makes you carry the kid of a musical genius.

You give real advice and have positive things to say sometimes. Also, you have a sense of humour. Your critisms are longer than 2 sentances which means they have debateable content and thought behind them.

yet to understand your humour

Rodri Santos

all my humour is fine tuned to be offensive to at least one visible minority, the female gender, the gays, bears in particular the black ones , and the poles of jewish faith.
