i totally agree. after trying to buy the $35 tix, i caved and eventually bought the $65 ticket just because i'm really looking forward to this show. my problem with the whole scenario is the scalping. these tickets should have been priced at $50-$60 at the get-go if that is what the market is willing to pay for them. the fact that scalpers are playing ticket arbitrage means that they're scraping off a portion of revenue that should have gone to the artists and/or the promoter. the scalper is adding no value to the equation, yet still profiting, and it boggles my mind as to why promoters continue to allow this to happen. |
The money scalpers get doesn't belong to the artists LOL. If thats the case then A&B should be like others and charge 100-120 (doubt that a ton sell for this price). I don't feel A&B would sell out so quickly if they were priced that much. Then again thats just my opinon. Scalpers are awesome, learn to beat them, after all they're just scalpers.. |

why not? if the tickets were efficiently priced, the promoter would make more off the show. the artists would then be in a position to demand more for the booking. and where'd you get 100-120? i said 50, maybe. |

A&B and anjunabeats have been my #1 producers since like 2003/2004.
There are some serious hardcore anjunabeats fans out there, have you seen all the anujnabeats tattoos? I've never seen any tattoo for armin, ferry, pvd, or anything else, but multiple anjunabeats ones. Those kids are nuts.
man, my friend and his crew (huge anjuna nerds) missed out on tickets today so they splurged for VIP. You don't even get alcohol up there WTF, the 2 bottles are NOT INCLUDED with that price, |

Not really sure what your point is. Most people complained that, even though we put $35 tickets in our carts, we weren't able to complete the transactions. This is definitely bad business for GT. Insomniac had nothing to do with it. There was a set number of tickets selling at each price. Yes, it was our choice to re-do it at $65. Very few chose not to. It's either you see A&B at this price or not. It's not like we decide not to buy the tickets and they won't sell. There are too many people that don't go to these events regularly and don't mind paying the high prices. |

| Uh.. Blame technology. Their shopping cart server can't handle that many concurrent connections. Or blame A&B for being popular. Don't blame Groovetickets! |

hard tickets, get your hard tickets here! no bs bigperf fees or log in errors.
All the TA's should just screw this party and avalon it up the next night, im sure they must have some big talent lined up for insomniac and A&B to go on a friday as opposed to saturday night. the december gig had Robbie Rivera play avalon the next night.
edit they went with a night 2...just like kaskade in october...interestingly how they announced the friday first...let it sell out then saturday. kaskade tickets for friday only went on sale...then once it sold out the saturday tickets went on sale!
SHADY! |

don't blame groovetickets because their shopping cart server failed? a ticketing website should see this sort of thing coming, especially given what happened with tatw 350. ensuring that their system works at all times is 100% their responsibility, and their customers have a right to complain when it doesn't. |

Although there is a lot of them and they have my respect.... Some of them are retarded and just know the songs that are shown like obvious radio show songs and compilations, they're like sheep... Not all, but a few.... NOT saying all of them. |
