i'm sure Groovetickets much like Wantickets uses 1 server so when a ton of requests come in at one time it gets overloaded.
They should have done a scalable design using something like AWS so when they know volume is going to be heavy they just turn on more servers to handle the added load.
btw, anyone need 10 tickets for $100??? (joking!) |

Absolute worst place to have large talent, I was embarrassed for Saint Louis that this club was chosen for Cystal Method to bring in 2011, Packed to the gills, the DJ booth was bum rushed, with people putting their hands on the DJ equiment and interfering with the set. Half the equitment was shorted out when confetti was dropped from the ceiling into the booth. Scott Kirkland was so mad he literally sat down in the booth and refused to play for over an hour. Then the ultimate bar FOUL, they ran out of Jack Daniels by 11PM. I will never be back. |

that happens all the time. showing as available again then when u checkout it says tickets unavailable. |
