Aren't many American cars that are purchased in Canada actually made in Canada? I remember driving past some massive Ford plants on my way to Toronto.

Well yeah, now that the housing market has tanked houses are cheaper...but it's harder to get a loan now. Also, 30k will get you house in the middle of ing nowhere or some lame state like Alabama or Arkansas. But if you want to live in a city that matters you're going to pay, at the very least, $400k for a small, old, fixer upper. |
