I remember this like it was yesterday!
Markus is easily my favorite trance dj at the moment he played a killer set at Pacha last time around with absolutely no cheese whatsoever! Aside from having great taste he is such a crowd-pleaser!
Zack and I will be returning from our honeymoon in Hawaii that week, so I'll be nice and tan for the show. :toothless |

Markus, while I would love it, is way too big for Cielo. He could totally do any of those other venues that the other big guns do. BB Theatre, Roseland, Webster(sketchy at times but no Pacha), the garden :crazy: ha, ok maybe not that.
If he did Cielo they'd have to do it on a Tuesday and sell tickets for $100 to keep the crowd down to a sane size, and then everyone would bitch that he's a sellout like the AvB thread.

I miss Spirit as well, and I love Markus, great guy and a great dj.
Spirit 2006 was a fun show!

i honestly didnt feel his set at bal en blanc on monday one bit
too much genertic techy bs set went no where...gimme the 02-06 markus
starts out with some great prog then bangs it the F out
i seen him 3 times last year and i was impressed all 3 times, his gig at pacha last year was one of my top partys of the year hands down
i will be there not sure if iam doing regular or vip as of yet
i just hope music wise it's not like how it was at bal |
