As I have mentioned in my previous post, I stayed almost the entire night on the dancefloor. However, I would never stay directly in front of speakers for more than a couple of seconds.
I have to agree that it wouldn't have been enjoyable at all to stand in front of the speakers during Digweed's set. Unfortunately, some people don't understand that and end up almost deaf for a few days. |

I wonder if Voorn played the Villalobos remix of Cafe Del Mar.
And Roman, I feel like had I gone my review would have looked exactly like yours. I'm glad I avoided this event, it went down exactly as I thought it would. I knew that personally I wouldn't be able to handle the heat as I nearly collapsed last year when I went to see Nic Fanciulli. And the problem is also that when there's so many people at the club, there's simply nowhere to escape to. I'm sure even the smoking area was packed like a can of sardines. And the sound level would have probably been too much for me to bare as well, not to mention that I pretty much knew that if I went I would be disappointed in Digweed's track selection, which as you guys stated consisted mainly of tech house and techno. Did he at least play the Ryan Davis remix of Tiger Forest off the new Structures CD? |

| yeah thats the other thing, it got so hot.. kept having to hide in the first room an an eventually find a fan to stand infront of.. dont think ill be back this year |

| I'm surprised that majority of my friends didn't enjoy Digweed's set. I personally adored it. It was becoming very hardcore past 8:00 am I have to say. It's just such a great disappointment from the venue. I love Circus and I always had a great time there. I'm just baffled that some of the essentials weren't taken care of ( VENTILATION ). I spoke to some people that been to the event but I didn't see them there, a couple of peeps passed out due to the heat/drugs/loud speakers. It was my 30th after hour event maybe... and I truly felt like a noob there. |

We change the soundsystem .... you guys find it too loud
We book the djs you wanna hear .... well they didn't play the tracklist you wanted
I wonder if it's worth it to buy a new AC system, I'm scared that some of you find it too chilly and bring us to court cuz you caught a cold while dancing in the club

honestly though bro you know this as well as I do you can't please everyone... it's maybe not even a question of an AC but a GIANT air intake/outtake that have fans attached to it that every 15 mins of so sucks the fresh air from outside and pumps it into the club while the outtake fan pushes all the old air out
make it super loud too and you can get the lighting guy to time it properly for a bass drop... it would be a SICK effect!!!

It can't be as bad as when Tiesto , AVB and Guy Ornadel came to Aria. The ceiling was raining sweat and everytime they opened the outside door steam would rush out and fill the whole street.
Unfortunately I couldn't make it but my friends still went and they said it was great :D |

| At the end of the day we all want Circus to succeed and be a viable alternative to the club across the street that's highly popular with many but keeps booking the same 8 latin djs on rotation every Saturday :p |
