old news... i first saw this blow up in the club scene spring 2007. but the boho hippy style thing has been around for some time.
if anything i'd say these kind of skinny headbands have been off trend recently. but they probably are all the rage at urban outfitters.
i think it's hot on certain ladies, and it comes from this

^ I have some of these. Which are worn on the head rather that around the forehead (those don't suit me at all).
Some girls can work them, others don't.
This, on the other hand, looks super cool. It also looks like a lot of work.

It's from the 60s, and I think it's cute. The bohemian look is hot on a lot of girls.
And nef's right, it's been back for a few years now, especially during the summer. |
