No, I don't, since the average temp has declined for 10 strait years now. Temperatures fluctuate over time. And the hysteria of the past 15-20 years is no different than in the 70's when there was hysteria over global cooling and "the coming ice age"... and just like then, every prediction the "authorities" have made in the past 20 years never materialized and they are constantly having to revise and come up with new predictions. It's all about the money, period. Funding for climate science studies is 2nd only to funding for biological sciences... do the math. |

Only an idiot would deny that the Earth is actually getting warmer (so 17sss might indeed take that position). However, no one can say for sure whether this particular bout of warming is normal. On a millennial scale, the Earth goes through frequent natural periods of warming and cooling.

I said it fluctuates. That means it goes through both warmer and colder periods over time. |

If you want to play that game, I can post links to plenty of counter studies by reputable scientists and organizations that expose the flaws in NASA's Goddard Institute's computer models as well as the IPCC bull predictions that never came true. You've bought into the religion and nothing can shake your faith, no matter how much evidence there is to the contrary. So I'm not even going to waste my time debating this with the True Believers of the Church of Warming.
If you have an open mind, which doesn't seem likely in this case, you'll do yourself a favor and at least read this. It's from Climate Scientist and former devotee of the Church David Evans, who just came clean and talked about all the lies and deception happening on the inside, and how the Warmies have basically been had. He acknowledges that the science is not merely in doubt, but false. And he explains why.

before everyone jumps on the global warming oh noez bandwagon
just take a look at this graph.
while i do agree that obvioulsy carbon emissions propagated by humans have had a slight effect on climate, its honestly nothing compared to the grand scheme of things.
remember that over 99.9% of all species that have ever existed are now extinct. Anyone who thinks that simply "our role" in inducing carbon emissions being the sole cause of climate change is delusional and uneducated.
We also know that the IPCC has a history of embellishing the facts with regards to climate change. |

| Global warming is not the right term to use. Climate change is better. If you think the amount of CO2 being put in the atmosphere makes no difference, then you are just plain stupid. |
