I'm so ing fed up of my current job. Not the job itself, but the management, lack of professionalism, and sheer incompetence of the people here. The stupid ing bitch that's supposed to work tomorrow just called with a totally ing bull story that her mom was in a car accident, and now I'll probably be stuck working a double (16 hours). Which is totally ing unsafe. And I know the I just called won't come in early and do a 12 hour instead of an 8. And I know my stupid ing incompetent boss won't come in and cover, even though she ing should because that's one of her responsibilities as director of care.
