No, most agencies run out of money starting tomorrow. The biggest I think is the FAA (though air traffic controllers still will be on the job).

August 2nd is the dead line for our bills to other countries. If we miss a payment we will essentially be downgraded to the status of sub-saharan african countries.

August 2nd is the deadline for the US to raise the debt ceiling otherwise the country will default on its foreign obligations and credit rating agencies will downgrade us. Although I think they can do that before August 2nd though. Interesting times indeed.
