Why the people keep electing that Liberal bloodsucker is beyond me, I've lost faith in the population of Ontario.

Are you serious? Rob Ford is a Mike Harris clone. The Tories are going to have to get beyond the 'Lower Taxes' mantra. The reality is that taxation is a low priority to most voters, and comes off as nothing more than corporate whining. Lower taxes don't create jobs, and in a recession doesn't stimulate consumer spending.

It's true! Raising taxes and taking money out of the economy creates jobs and stimulates spending. Raising the deficit and debt sending 10 billion dollars a year out of the province to foreign bankers creates jobs and stimulates spending. the 5.40 i spent on the eco fee charge for my $44 printer plus HST (28% tax rate) creates jobs! Just think, now the government has that 5.40 and i wont waste it foolishly myself on frivolous things that would have had me spending and creating jobs.

Yup Mcguinty is a genius!

They are mere puppets on a public stage of disaster. If i were a teacher I am pretty sure I would have been fired over my protest of having to give an extra $60 against my will to a political cause I don't support.

Neoconservatives do not really care about budget defecits, they're more intrested in hawkish foreign policy and promoting democracy abroad... which has obviously nothing to do with provincial politics, do your homework before throwing buzz words around.:p

I expect there will be a majority government once the liberals make a few phone calls. I'm sure they can find one person who is willing to cross the floor for a nice cabinet position.

Yup. All many rural areas turned PC due to the wind program. The number of turbines that have gone up is def too many. The wind industry is pretty much dead now though as a result of that. Too many complaints, too many "unknown health problems", and ROI being lower than initially proposed. Wind doesn't work near to the potential of coastal installs.
