Thanks, yeah I love it. I work out of home so it's great to feel comfortable here and stretch out. So many places in NYC are tiny and dark and ratty (at least at the price I am paying), and my space is bright, roomy, airy. We live together yes. |

Our place now is 789 sq. ft., which is by far the most spacious place I've lived on my own.
It was Titches originally, but then was bought out by Neiman Marcus in the 40s. They have some old newspaper ads framed in the lobby and in the hallways of some floors. It's pretty cool! Local artists use the old display windows on the first floor to showcase their work. |

this was my first apartment in nyc. i lived with two other people in these wooden cubicles suspended above the floor. mine was the one straight back - my dj gear is behind the 'bridge' sign.

really? i'm actually quite proud of it. was my final project for a painting class - based on 2 different paintings. have reference photos at home. i can scan them in and show you, but if you think it sucks you might not be interested. :p |
