. In all of my annoyances with Pacha, I forgot to mention that Zack killed it!

But please, someone direct that OLD ASS dude, standing at the DJ booth, acting like he is a Black Jesus, to this goddamn thread!! A woman who I recognize as a VIP worker there, actually came over to apologize to me, because apparently "People were pissing him off and he thought I was someone else who was causing him issues throughout the night." The female worker was aware of the mistake, but dude was rude for no reason whatsoever, and COULD HAVE been more pleasant upon recognizing the mistake, but chose to be a dick regardless. Thats what REALLY pissed me off. Yes, you are allowed to make mistakes, but if you continue your c*nt-attitude AFTER you realize its a mistake, that is where your problem lies. Not the VIP lady's fault, but certainly this tard needs to get his attitude checked.

i was so close to punching his face.. i was recording a song with my iPhone and he comes up to me by the stairs leading down the booth and goes "shut your camera, the light is annoying me." i was like "are you serious?."

dumb mother her.

Eww that dude's a dick. Its a nightclub. Surely the light from a phone is the brightest and most obnoxious light in the entire room. /sarcasm

Funny thing is, someone I know read this post and text me that their group witnessed his attitude recently as well SMDH. See thats exactly what Im sayin. Why cant people just be respectful of those who are there, enjoying themselves and not bothering anybody? (not to mention consistently dropping tons of cash?) There is no need for the extra douchebaggery. There are way too many people on a nightly basis who actually act like jerkoffs that you ought to be focusing your c*nty attitude towards. And its JUST this dude on the power trip, too. I know a couple of the other bouncers there, and both came up to say hi and chat and were perfectly friendly as usual. This dude needs a reality check.

But that would just be asking for too much.

Whatever, Pacha lost my table business and several of my friends. It didnt ruin my night by any means, but was worth mentioning that I wont be spending my money there.

Looked like it was a great time.... too bad i am never going back to pacha. I get on line, get my id scanned, and walk in fine. one of the security guards looks at me when i am about to get searched, and asks me to step aside. so sure, i do so. they scan my id again, and say for some reason I came up flagged.... step aside and they search through an ipad, and next thing i know my wristband is being cut off and i am told to leave.... i have not once been thrown out of pacha, or ever even said one word to the security guards inside or outside to start trouble. my gf goes inside and finds the head of security, and he asks her to go outside and speak with the guy at the door with her and me. so she goes outside, and he decided to go in and says to wait for 45 minutes he had some stuff to take care of.... at this point we both decided to leave, i am fed up with the bs... two of my friends got pointed out in the crowd for looking suspicious, and they were taken into a back room and searched fully... no idea why, cant even go out and have a decent night any more at this dump -_-

Sad to hear that people had bad experiences, because for the first time in a while this was one of my better experiences with Pacha.

Markus ing tore the place apart. Seriously. The man can do no wrong. What an unbelievable set. He played so many phenomenal songs... We were on the floor from the middle of Zack's set until close... and holy was it a good ing night.

Highlight of the night for me was the Setrise remix of Resurrection. Such a ing genius remix. It's not over the top like Oakey's new mix... it sticks to the basics, just like the original mix.

I'm still recovering from the hangover... and I already can't wait to see Markus again.

Markus is one of the few trance guys I want to see anymore but I've had too many experiences like above at Pacha where I won't even see my favorite trance DJ there anymore because I know it will be a big tease as I always end up going home with a horrible distain for everything that took place at Pacha, always. VIP ed us last time too with basically no drinks and dick staff. Hearing people get flagged and searched randomly makes me believe we should ALL stop going, make our friends stop going and maybe people like Markus will play a decent venue. (IANAL but pretty sure this counts as illegal detainment no matter what kind of "agreement" you make upon entering private property, you can't override constitutional rights in a contract).

All of a sudden we see the bouncer take him by his wrists and he was dragged into the back room (by where that old elevator to pacita is).... than 30 mins later same thing to a different one.... at cosmic gate i saw a few people getting dragged out by their necks and thrown into the street, talk about a ty night.

i didnt go for other reason's, but to me markus is probly the only big trance guy i still would go see
like you said and everyone said pacha's crowd/customer service is def dog
i had problems with their staff back in the day, but i went there a few times over the summer and didnt have one problem and the crowd was actually pretty normal etc etc
for liebing it was a show, prob one of the worst crowds i seen in a while
i had a big problem down at coat check at the end of the night with one of the workers, straight up unprofessional and very very rude

i plan on going back for vc's bday in a few week's, i know going in there i should expect a mess of a crowd etc etc but hopefully the bouncers and staff make way of the tweekers and messes instead of busting everyone else's balls over nothing

as for vip and that area up there, back in the day we used to have soooo much fun up there, drinking, partying, chilling with the dj,pictures etc etc past 2 times i been up there that old hag will interigate you to see who you are and what purpose you got being up in vip GTFO :whip:
he does it like a real douchebag also, dude get a grip of yourself
your life isent that important you stand by a gate and let people in all night :haha:

Could not agree more! I was hoping he played that as well as Advanced Sleepwalkers. He played both, so I was quite satisfied! Honestly, he could have just played the original, and I would have gone just as nuts lol.
