i agree...but im pretty sure whats what beatports been intending to do..
especially by creating these profiles, thats hella promo to them AND they are an online store that is the biggest online store for EDM and now they even have hip hop and stuff.

I got an invite, so I started one...Haven't really done too much, apparently we can make charts and such that will actually appear in the store. There's little to no functionality, but hopefully the popular suggestions (such as linking profiles to Artist pages in the store) get implemented.
