BEAUTIFUL, GIGANTIC fkn venue, exactly what Montreal has been waiting for, will def cut into the business of other clubs but won't affect afterhours. Very clean, well managed, good sound, did I mention it's huge?
Also has capability to have a side room showing off local talent. I'm trying to push em to open this up right away and start booking locals to compliment the big headliner names. Have them come for a commercial name but discover a totally new genre at the same time, would be great for the scene
probably the closest thing to a miami looking club without the awful crowd/vibe. expecting very good things... |

Montreal really needed a venue like this. Warehouse style, mid-size (almost 5000 people when over cap). We won't have to rely on Metropolis or other old theaters for big DJ showcase events and won't have to book Bell Center/PDC for parties of 4000 to 5000.
Alcohol is expensive and it's a real cluster in there when it's over capacity.
Has a nice outdoor patio between 4 brick walls.
Location is great, really close to downtown and area feels like a NYC Meat-Packing or Toronto's Distillery. |

ya, exactly what montreal needed...a place to host clusters of douchebags, and pay ridiculous amounts of $ for vodka, and hear ty artists.
4000 person capacity? that place will never be filled unless it's a guetta/tiesto type booking. i hope i am proved wrong. |

Have you seen the place? How do you know which artists will be booked there in the future?
I was at Moby for C2-MTL and there were no Douchebags at all. Best crowd you can imagine actually.
I love Neon is trowing events there as well. They don't attract douchebags last time I checked.
