It's terrible in my honest opinion.

I haven't heard it yet but if it is good, then that is all that should matter. EDM producers have always remixed tracks from pop stars.

I don't mind artists occasionally remixing pop-stars. Didn't Markus remix BSB back in the day?
That being said, THIS SONG. It's soooooo bad. I had high hopes for Ferry because I heard a few tracks off his most recent album and they were actually good. Great to see that I was wrong. I'm sure he did this for the money and absolutely nothing else.

As a producer such as him, coming from the "Underground" scene and become famous and an icon, you have to be very careful when you want to cross genres. Especially mixing a song from some one that is considered the opposite of the "underground". If you dare to go there, in fact,you have to "bring it". Meaning you have to give everything you got to take that sound and transpose it. Not only do you have to make it good enough to be considered "underground"-approved but it has to be amazing. Only then can such producers shake off the negative publicity it will gain at first. only few producers have been able to pull this off and many have failed. This remix is a failure and he should feel bad. But i am sure it was intentionally. Based on the poor production of this song he clearly shows he is not trying to convert pop culture to the underground culture , he is simply milking this new EDM cow. eff him and this song. He better come up with something classy soon or i won't even consider giving him 2 second of my time. Good thing i didn't buy tickets. I surely won't be there at any of his future shows. cheers
