awesome. Again, I am not always a fan of the fluff, but people complain too damn much about something that they can not change.

markus explanation sounds like the same people who played castle in the sky in '00. they too were worried that if they play the trance of '00 they would loose the crowd and the promoters will stop booking them. But guess what? where are they now? no one remembers these top40djs. their lifespan is short because they don't have true fans. i mean look at david guetta. all his true fans left him. only new newcomers listen to him. and they will grow out that boring sound fast.

these people that scream when they see markus, they probably don't listen to his radio show. only his true fans do and they are the ones that keep him alive. I hope he see this and only produces/plays quality songs. keep the cheese away buddy or you will be forgotten.

i respect markus alot, imo tho if he really wanted to change his sound/image he would have done it already...
honeslty, if i was in markus shoes, i would make that commercial BS, and then when it came time for gigs, i would play totally unexpected underground . all these kids would be expecting the lullaby sing alongs, but he would just play the unexpected and f*ck them in their brains then they would leave the club complaining and crying 'ohh he didnt play my song, my night sucked. "Markus sucked tonight! wahhh i want my mommy"

he needs to go back to his underground prog roots plain and simple, and stop worrying about his dj mag list number & satisfying this new generation of clubbers with pop

wonna see how good a dj is. book him at +21 event. and if you dare +25.

Imagine. i know its ridiculus but just picture it real with me for a second. Electric Zoo with an +25 age event. haha all these noob radio djs will get a hard and true smack in the face when they will have no one in their dance floor. only the truest of the true will have a full crowed filled with loyal fans. Reality check right there

So I dug these up. Check out the crowd in 2002. That was Carl Cox, Tiesto, Moby, Digweed-Sasha, Dieselboy festival at PNC bank art center

He does an album of mostly vocals and all of a sudden he's sold out. Do You Dream? had vocal tracks and it was sick. FTP... He still goes hard and the new album is great. I mean for sake, he's one of the few big names who puts out hard club tracks consistently (his Dakota alias).

Sorry... I'll stop

i think i stoped listening to him when he started using dakota to try to use the glossy sounds that people were experimenting. you can't progress with glossy sounds. its too... glossy. or glassy. whatever you wonna call it. white noise hidden everywhere.

please post a good song from dakota productions. maybe i missed the goodies

sorry buddy but that koolhause is bad. couldn't wait for it to be over. I will have to state that it did not have any pitch modulation and very low raw/glossy sounds. but it plain. no story. just bars with sounds.

seconds video is good. and that because AnN mold it. good i miss Agnelli & Nelson. they are fantastic. everything is almost gold and great at djing too
