This was the best decision I've made in ages. Now the headaches and irritability have gone I feel much better. Helps that I've had a couple of quiet weekends and I've been able to catch up on some sleep.

What decision?
Lira
Funny you mention irritability. The only time in my life I felt really irascible was back when I took some caffeine pills to help lose weight.

I may have shouted at someone in traffic back then.

You can cancel out the irritability from caffeine with marijuana.

But the racing heart just ends up with my feeling anxious and worried about having a heart attack at such a young age...

There's actually some new research that shows moderated intake of caffeine has benefits to the cardiovascular system. I just can't remember where I read it. It was a couple years ago now that I recall coming actoss it in the news somewhere.

Red wine too. But next to a positive think there probably is also research showing something negative.

Oh for sure...just sorta saying that most things in moderation can actually be beneficial to health. And interesting to learn that coffee isn't as evil as made out over the years. Heh.

Or, you know, eat right and all that all other . If you're doing all the right things to begin with you shouldn't need to depend on a caffeine pick me up to benefit your cardiovascular system.

Hahahaha you fool. I never once said that NO caffeine is the best way. I said that if people eat right, get enough sleep, etc...they won't need to acquire caffeine addictions to get through the day. Which is true. .

Look at most people who hit a "3 oclock wall"...typically they don't eat enough through the day/have enough fuel in the tank.

Is this supposed to be a sequitur?
