Well none of the PNW teams are particularly good, with the exception of the Seahawks.

Mariners were good from 1995-2002. We still hold the tie for most wins in a season. If it weren't for 9/11 we'd probably have gone to the world series that year. The break through us off. So glad New York lost that year. No pity for them.

So they were good over a decade ago? They've been terrible ever since.
Nostalgic
the Seattle Seacocks.

I went to Seattle once in April and it was sunny with temperatures hot enough to make me sweat. In fact, the whole time during that Pacific Northwest visit, it was nothing but sunny.

Chicago is getting warm again, and I need to find a decent sized Western city with 50 degree summers and a perpetual overcast.

We also love american football and baseball here, and a lot are still mad that we don't have an NBA team anymore.

The PNW is pretty sports crazy and we are die hard loyal since pretty much every other team hates traveling up here and we get on by the eastern biased sports media ( YOU STEELERS).

Let's not talk about those ******s known as the NBA. Or those Steeler s. Or the media asshats.

When it is sunny in Seattle, it is the most beautiful place. I recommend coming in mid/late July for outstanding weather.

I also love Seattle when it's raining, lol. The only time I don't like it, is when it is just overcast. Give me rain, not only the grey!

Seattle has possibly the tiest weather in the whole country,
 We have many days of overcast and light rain, but we don't live in extremes. We never really experience the extreme weather that other parts of the country experience (heat wave, drought, blizzards). I'll take our weather any day.

I'd rather get a foot of snow a couple times a year than have it rain and be grey for 350 days a year.

You are obviously well informed about the actual weather here.

In an average year, at least 0.01 inches (0.25 mm) of precipitation falls on 152 days. It is cloudy 201 days out of the year and partly cloudy 93 days.

Sounds lovely.

Oh, no; not 0.01 inches of precipitation! The horror!
