Have you lived in Seattle for an extended period of time? I think you're coupling the stats with your imagination. From May to Sept, it pretty much nothing but sunny days in the high 70's and 80's/low 90's. Fall and winter it rains, but we never have a complete shutdown due to extreme weather. Honestly, most days when it does rain, I barely even notice it.

Seattle is most liked by foreigners. Growing up there as a gay guy (that's right I bring my gayness up in every opportunity, even when I'm betting cats) it sucked because whenever I had sex with one guy and the entire city was like "hey I heard you had sex with so and so. I heard he has AIDS. Are you an escort? Some shady guy you don't know gave me your number. Is it ok if I troll you with money? I'm weird and pale and passive aggressive." Had to move out of that city for many reasons, that being the biggest.

QFT

When it rains, it just mists most of the time. There'll be clouds and from one drop the entire city says "RAIN" and then the whole US says "ERMAHGERD IT RAINS A LOT IN SEATTLE."

May - Sept = beautiful. The rest of the months is just 40s & 50s and more rain with an occasional snow fun.

No offense, but with the amount of gays here, you probably just had a loud mouth/were a slut if thats how it was. Its not like its some small town or small gay community here.

First time I've ever heard anyone complain about how hard it is being gay in Seattle :stongue: :stongue:

I can see Seattle from my backyard.

Honestly, I'm dying to move to California. I have the means, but my boyfriend has already lived there, and is still undecided about going back. I definitely see myself living in San Francisco and/or surrounding areas.

I hear L.A is just like Miami, so that's a big turn off. We live near West Palm Beach, and we're escaping all the filth that breeds in South Florida. The cost of living is relatively low compared to California, but there are no Mountains here; Ideally, I'd like to have both within reach. West Coast is best coast...Call me naive...

Anywho, Let's all agree that NYC is the most overdone over-hyped cesspool in America, shall we?!

I lived in Aventura by North Miami, moved to LA two years ago almost. How is it like Miami? I could agree in the traffic and maniacs (Miami still takes the crown on that). LA is huge so it's hard to be specific, so many identities in it. I live in West LA near Santa Monica and I love the area. Freaking expensive as heck though. I still don't know what people find in San Francisco.. foggy all freaking summer...
The reality is, you will find filth wherever there is a big city.

Seattle is a town for gays who act like stepford housewives. I had sex with FAR more people in LA and not once did I experience someone who cared about trivial stuff like whom I know, whom I slept with, or who I was as they did in Seattle. I shouldn't target Seattle though because it's probably like this in every medium sized city. I use "population/10" to come up with the "gay population" mentality. Using that formula it's really only Chicago, LA and NYC (in the US) where cities are too big for gays to play small town gossip games. Also no offense, but I just gave your comment herpes.
