track of the night? something i didnt expect!

Neonbeats
Good party. Pretty sweet setup. Took me a minute how to find the place...they were smart and positioned the stage so the speakers are pointing towards the water. You couldn't even hear the music until you were actually in the venue. No noise complaints I guess. They probably could have used another speaker stack on the left hand side like they had in the right. And they should hang a couple. MJC and Squillace should have headlined it IMO. I feel like everyone was feeling the more deep groves and then Gerber comes on and shakes it up a bit...few nice tracks but eh. Then Sasha got back into a bit but some of his tracks were too sleepy.
Dany Veltri
Some of the most uninspired music I've ever heard. Especially Sasha. WTF happened to this guy?

I feel you on that point. Hes regressed alot over the last few years...

These days people seem to dance to anything.

When I used to go out during twilo days it didnt matter who was spinning if the dj was playing a medicore set people would just sit down in the lounge room outside of the main room and wait till the dj would start dropping beats.

Now adays everyone is idolizing the dj (loud screems, hand clapping)no matter how bad they play. Maybe if we were a bit more critical of the DJ and not give them our appreciation so fast DJs would be more inclided to try and earn or re-earn our respect.

I don't know if Neonbeats and Dany Veltri was at the same party that i was at.

I thought the music was great at StageONE and Highline Ballroom. The venue, sound, location and everything in between (including the midgets) was a good touch.

I could say many of the people I talked to at the party said the same thing.

PS. VIP upgrade was pointless.
